Cedarfield is the Huntersville neighborhood for you if you love mature trees and beautiful landscapes! Construction in Cedarfield began in the late 80's and continued until 2003. There are over 500 homes in the neighborhood.
To get to Cedarfield from I-77North, take Exit 23/Gilead Rd., turn left onto Gilead, left onto McCoy, and right onto Stratton Farm Road, which is the entrance to Cedarfield. Prepare yourself to fall in love with this neighborhood.
Cedarfield offers a community playground, pool, pond, recreation area, and walking trails.
There are currently 16 homes on the market ranging between $184 ,500 and $265,000, with an average list price of $224,406.
Within the past six months 42 homes have sold in an average of 37 days on the market! That is amazingly low!! These homes had an average of 2,094 square feet and the sellers received 98% of their asking prices. Apparently, it's good to be a seller in Cedarfield even when we're in a buyer's market!
