Unless you are really paying attention, you might not even notice Plum Creek in Huntersville. This small, quiet gem of a neighborhood hides from the hustle and bustle of busy Huntersville life by being conveniently located off of Old Statesville Road. There are 172 homes in Plum Creek, all built between 1995 and 2000.
Right now, there are 7 homes listed in the Multiple Listing Service. These homes range in price from $179,900 to $234,900, with an average list price of $205,785.
Within the past six months 15 homes have sold. These homes averaged 1,971 square feet and a low 40 days on the market. Sellers received approximately 97% of their asking prices, which is very good. In August, I had the opportunity to sell one of the homes to a couple that relocated to Huntersville from Virginia. They are extremely pleased with their home and the community and we looked at a lot of homes before they decided to buy in Plum Creek!
This quaint little neighborhood offers walking trails and mature trees throughout.
